Michelle Ryan has a professional background in large corporate working environments, advising and operating at all levels of the organisation, from entry level employees, to senior management, including the CEO.
Michelle was responsible for event planning and coordination for over 100 employees, including reward and recognition events and incentives for the department, office administration and expense management and working as part of the executive leadership assistant team, attending various senior management meetings and conferences on a regular basis.
Michelle was also involved in the planning and coordination of many leadership and development events at various locations, including liaising with venues, caterers, talent and travel agents. She was also responsible for diary and travel management for the leadership teams.
Michelle joined the Locale team in August 2018, providing additional research capability and hands on experience in areas such as event management and project planning and is now responsible for office management, including accounts, marketing and social media.
