We have extensive experience in governance issues which typically arise in local councils. We also offer cost effective trainings tailored to your needs and to respond to current issues. Our approach is based on a collaborative and interactive style.

Our governance and training services are led by Emma Broomfield, our Director – Governance and Mediation, who is a trained lawyer and nationally accredited mediator. She has an extensive background in the local government sector and community organisations and is appointed to numerous Code of Conduct Panels to act as a independent reviewer of councillor conduct. She has recently founded Locale Learning – a new hub to support local councillors.
